Quiet hours mute message, like, chat-request and Soft Invite push alerts. Everything remains available in the app. Muted push alerts are not resent later. Scheduled summary emails wait until quiet hours end; password-reset and security emails are unaffected. Device notification settings still apply.

Suggest a small outing

Use a public place, not a home address. Include the date and time zone. This is a suggestion, not a venue booking. Plans stay between you and your match.

Your match can accept, suggest another time, keep chatting, or decline. One open plan per conversation; up to three invitations per day.
